What we collect

When you order: name, shipping address, email, phone, and order details.
When you pay: sensitive payment data (such as full card numbers) is handled directly by our third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe). C.D. Moment never stores full card numbers.
When you browse: IP address, browser type, navigation history, and cookies.
When you contact us: form contents, email contents, and any attachments.

How we use your data

To process and ship your orders.
To respond to enquiries and handle returns and customer service.
To send email communications with your consent (you can unsubscribe any time).
For site operations, security, fraud prevention, and improving the shopping experience.
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Third-party services

We share order data with the following third parties strictly to fulfil your order: payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), couriers (e.g. SF Express, Hongkong Post), transactional email services, and fraud-prevention services. All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to maintain your cart, login state, language preference, and to anonymously analyse traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

Data retention

Order records are retained for at least 7 years to comply with Hong Kong tax and commercial regulations. Email-subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Customer-service enquiries are retained for 2 years after resolution.

Your rights

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@cdmoment.store to make a request; we respond within 40 working days.

Data security

We use HTTPS encryption, vetted hosting, regular backups, and access controls. While no online system is 100% secure, we protect your data at a reasonable industry standard.

By browsing or purchasing from cdmoment.store you agree to the following terms. Please read them before use.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
A contract is formed once the order-confirmation email is sent.
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

Hong Kong domestic orders: usually processed and shipped within 2 business days.
International orders: processing time 2–5 business days; delivery time varies by destination.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown before checkout.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.

Returns & exchanges

Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, with original packaging and accessories intact.
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty, skincare, and intimate apparel (sleepwear) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (including text, images, branding, and design) is the property of C.D. Moment or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. No reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted without written consent.

Disclaimer

Product photos are for reference only; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product descriptions are provided in good faith but we make no warranty of completeness or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, C.D. Moment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

We may update this page from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the updated date above. Please review periodically.
